Embodied Archetypal Inquiry
1:1 Coaching for self-crafting, soul remembering, and embodied individuation

I offer Embodied Archetypal Inquiry as a 1:1 coaching space for people who feel called to explore themselves more deeply and begin expressing who they are in the world.
This is a global offering for people who are not in crisis and have a foundational level of stability in their lives. It is especially suited to those who are reflective, self-aware, and ready to engage more actively with their own growth.
If therapy is about coming home to yourself, this work is about learning how to live from that place—to shape a life that feels aligned, meaningful, and genuinely your own.
Together, we explore your inner world through symbol, story, sensation, and lived experience. This is not about fixing what’s wrong. It’s about meeting your depth, working with it, and learning how to express it in ways that feel sustainable, grounded, and alive.

How I Work
This is unstructured, but directional work.
We begin with where you are—what you’re navigating, questioning, or feeling drawn toward—and move from there. I don’t follow a rigid framework, but I do guide the process more actively than in therapy. I offer reflections, introduce practices, suggest ways of working, and gently challenge you to stay engaged with what is unfolding.
At the heart of this work is Embodied Archetypal Inquiry:
We use symbol, story, and imagination as tools to explore your life from multiple angles—not just through thinking, but through felt experience.
This may include:
- Active imagination and guided inner exploration
- Working with archetypes through myth and fairy tale
- Reflecting through symbolic systems (when resonant), such as tarot or astrology
- Somatic awareness and body-based inquiry
- Creative expression to bring inner material into form
- Tracking patterns, themes, and recurring images in your life
These are not systems you need to already understand. They are tools we learn to use together—ways of stepping outside habitual thinking and into a more expansive relationship with yourself.e also listen for the deeper thread — the authentic voice underneath adaptation.
What This Work Supports
People are often drawn here because something in them is asking for more.
Not more productivity. But more depth. More meaning. More aliveness.
You might arrive feeling stuck, aware of your patterns but unsure how to move with them. You might be in a life transition, or sensing that the way you’ve been living no longer fits—but not yet knowing what does.
Often, there’s a quieter thread underneath it all: a longing to feel more connected. More at home in yourself. More in relationship with your life.
This work doesn’t hand you a new identity. It changes your relationship to the one you already have.
Over time, people begin to experience:
- A deeper sense of belonging in their own lives—not as something to earn, but something to inhabit.
- A more intimate, responsive relationship with their body—one built on listening, trust, and presence rather than control or performance.
- A growing sense of kinship with the natural world—beginning to notice it, relate to it, and feel oriented within it, rather than separate from it.
- An ability to move through life with more meaning and coherence, even when things are uncertain or changing.
- A relationship with symbol, imagination, and inner experience that brings depth, perspective, and unexpected clarity.
- A quiet but steady sense of aliveness—not in grand gestures, but in the ordinary moments of daily life.
This is not about becoming extraordinary.
It is about becoming deeply embedded in your own life—in your body, your relationships, your environment, and your unfolding path.

My Stance as a Coach (AKA Inner Tour Guide)
This work is grounded in depth psychology, but it is also shaped by a broader understanding of what it means to be human.
I hold that we are not just thinking beings—we are relational, embodied, meaning-making beings. And for many people, there is a quiet but persistent sense of something missing: a lack of connection, a lack of depth, a kind of spiritual hunger that isn’t met by the frameworks available to them.
This space is not about adopting a belief system. It is about developing your own relationship with meaning.
I work from the perspective that there is something within each of us—call it psyche, soul, or inner direction—that is continually moving toward expression. Not in a grand, performative sense, but in the small, honest ways we live our lives.
This work is about learning how to listen to that movement, and how to respond to it.

FAQ
Is this therapy?
No. This is a coaching space, not therapy.
While this work draws from my background as a therapist, it is not clinical care. It does not involve diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support.
This space is best suited for people who have a degree of emotional stability and are looking to engage in deeper self-exploration, meaning-making, and personal development.
If you are currently in crisis or need structured mental health support, therapy would be the more appropriate place to start.
What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?
Therapy is about coming home to yourself—building safety, understanding patterns, and developing the capacity to be with your experience.
Coaching, in this context, is about living from that place.
This work is more directional. I offer more guidance, introduce practices more directly, and invite you into deeper, ongoing exploration between sessions.
We still move at a human pace, and we still honour your nervous system—but there is a greater emphasis on expression, integration, and shaping a life that reflects who you are.
What is “Embodied Archetypal Inquiry”?
It’s the approach we use in our sessions.
“Archetypal” refers to working with symbol, story, and recurring patterns of human experience—often through myth, imagery, and imagination.
“Embodied” means we don’t stay in ideas. We bring insight into the body, into action, into lived experience.
“Inquiry” means we stay curious. This is not about applying a fixed system—it’s about exploring what is true for you.
Together, this becomes a way of engaging your life from multiple angles—moving beyond surface-level thinking into something more layered, intuitive, and meaningful.
What is Embodied Individuation?
Individuation is the process of becoming yourself—integrating your gifts, your complexity, and your potential over time.
Embodied individuation means this process doesn’t stay in your head.
We work with the body, with creativity, with action, and with real-life choices. We bring awareness into form.
It’s not about becoming a finished or perfected version of yourself. It’s about learning how to work with who you are as you are—again and again—as you grow, change, and move through your life.
What are “side quests”?
Side quests are simple, optional practices between sessions that help you stay connected to the work.
They might include:
- journaling or reflection prompts
- noticing patterns or symbols in daily life
- creative expression (writing, drawing, collage)
- small rituals or moments of intentional attention
They are not homework to complete perfectly. They are invitations to keep the process alive between sessions.
Do I need to know anything about tarot, astrology, or mythology?
Not at all.
These are tools we can use if they resonate with you, but they are never required.
You don’t need any prior knowledge—this is something we explore together, and always in a way that stays grounded and relevant to your life.
What if I’m not “spiritual”?
That’s completely okay.
This work is not about adopting a belief system. It’s about developing your own relationship with meaning, with your inner world, and with the life you’re living.
You can engage with this in a very grounded, practical way.
How much does it cost?
Sessions are $150 CAD + HST
How often do we meet?
This can vary depending on your needs and capacity.
Many people choose to meet biweekly or monthly, but we can find a rhythm that works for you.
