The Wolfskin Project

Free, self-guided resources for mythic, embodied self-exploration.

What Is The Wolfskin Project?

The Wolfskin Project was created from a quiet frustration: that meaningful, depth-oriented support is often inaccessible—financially, culturally, or structurally.

So many people are craving something deeper. Something more honest. More imaginative. More alive than what most wellness spaces offer. This is my response to that.

The Wolfskin Project is a growing collection of free, self-guided resources designed to support self-exploration beyond productivity, quick fixes, or surface-level insight.

At its core is a simple understanding: that we are not fixed identities to optimize, but living, changing beings in relationship with body, land, story, and soul. The work here weaves together depth psychology, myth, creativity, and embodied practice—offered in ways that are accessible, flexible, and yours to move through at your own pace.

I build these resources as part of my own practice. They stretch me, challenge me, and ask me to live the work—not perfectly, but honestly. What you’ll find here are processes I return to again and again.

Self-Guided Journeys

These are immersive, self-paced experiences — designed to be moved through slowly, creatively, and in your own rhythm. Each one includes a thoughtfully crafted e-book and guided practices to help you embody what you’re exploring.

🗺A Map of One’s Own: A Day of Artful Self-Discovery

This 60-page immersive e-book guides you through a mythic process of inner exploration using fantasy mapmaking as metaphor and method.

Through guided reflection, art-making prompts, and five companion embodiment practices (linked via YouTube), you’ll move beyond analysis and into relationship with your inner world.

This is not about fixing yourself. It is about learning the terrain.

You’ll leave with:

  • A completed fantasy map of your inner world
  • A deeper sense of self-compassion
  • Language and imagery for navigating your own psyche
  • Practices you can return to again and again

Download the guide. Gather your art supplies. Give yourself a day.

🧵 Threads of Presence: A Mythic Descent into Mindful Living

This 100-page self-guided journey invites you into mindfulness as lived ritual — not self-optimization.

Structured as a seven-phase descent inspired by the myth of Inanna, this guide weaves together teaching, reflection, mythic storytelling, and embodied practice.

Inside you’ll find:

  • A 100-page immersive e-book
  • 21 guided practices (linked via YouTube)
  • Nervous-system-aware and neurodivergence-affirming mindfulness tools
  • A weaving ritual to embody each phase

This is not about mastering mindfulness. It’s about returning to it — again and again — imperfectly.

Download the guide. Gather your threads. Begin your descent.

The Ground We Stand On

The Wolfskin Project is shaped by three core pillars that guide how we gather, explore, and grow together.

Collective Healing & Resistance

This work does not happen in isolation. We are shaped by systems, stories, and inherited patterns—and healing, too, is collective. Together, we name what has been normalized, question what we’ve been taught to accept, and gently (or sometimes fiercely) imagine new ways of being.

Eco-Spirituality

We remember that we are not separate from the living world. The land is not just metaphor—it is teacher, mirror, and kin. This includes our relationship with our own bodies as part of nature—rhythmic, responsive, and wise in ways that often get overridden. Our work is rooted in cycles, seasons, and the quiet intelligence of both earth and body.

Embodied Individuation

This is the process of becoming more fully yourself—not as an idea, but as a lived experience. Drawing from depth psychology, individuation is not about fixing or perfecting, but about integrating the many parts of who you are. Embodied individuation brings this out of the mind and into the body, where patterns are felt, expressed, and transformed over time.

What This Work Moves Toward

At the heart of every Foxfire offering are two shared intentions:

Self-Crafting

The ongoing, creative process of becoming—shaping a life that feels more honest, more aligned, more your own.

Soul Remembering

A gentle return to what has always been within you, beneath conditioning, roles, and survival strategies.
